[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to conduct and conclude the enquiry initiated as against respondents 3 to 5.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, based on the written instructions of the Joint Director of Health Services, Tirunelveli, would submit that the process of enquiry has already been undertaken. Some of the employees have already retired. In respect of serving employees, the enquiry initiated will be continued and appropriate decision will be taken on merits and in accordance with law.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to 2/4
complete the enquiry in all respects and take appropriate decision and pass orders as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
