This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to acquire the land illegally without any due process of law in the petitioners land in SF.No. 44 of Kurangani Road, South of Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents undertook that the petitioner's subject land would not be acquired without following the due process of law.
