The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police as against the petitioners / A4 and A5 herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed charge sheet before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.
