Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPAN PANDIAN.R.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6762 of 2022, dated 19.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition, he would not insist for that and he would pray that two weeks time may be extended for depositing the amount. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1834 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
