The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 20 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.212 of 2022 dated 19.09.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur.

2. No representation for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that they are not having any objections.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
