2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused.
