implement the order passed by him in his vide proceedings in Mu.M.o. 2568/19/A3 dated on 25-04-2019 by duly considering the petitioner's representation dated 19-12-2018.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to follow up with the proceedings dated 25.04.2019 and to transplant four tamarind trees to some other place.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submitted that in order to avoid any further inconvenience, the tamarind trees were trimmed and it was ensured that it does not cause any inconvenience to the road users.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that already the Highways Department has taken steps to widen the NH49 road and as a result, many trees are being transplanted to some 2/4

other places and that the four tamarind trees will also transplanted in the due course of time.

4. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to pass in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. No costs.
