O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.160/3C1, covered under Patta No.11061, situated at Koduvilarpatty Revenue Village, Theni Taluk and Theni District, based on the petitioner's online application dated 10.11.2025.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been submitted for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate Page No. 2 of 5
the land in question in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025, survey and demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
