ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction against the Respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2023.
2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the De-facto Complainant in Crime No.16 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. Even after registration of the case, the Respondent had not completed the investigation. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2023.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that the investigation completed and final report laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai through scanning process. He further submitted that the final report will be taken on file within one week.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
