PRAYER :- To extend the time of surrender before the Trial Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19624 of 2019 in C.C.No.13 of 2019 pending before the Special Court for TANPID Act, Madurai 03/01/2020 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19624 of 2019, dated 03/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
