O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. Perused the materials available on record.

3.It is the contention of the petitioners, the petitioners are senior citizens. Based on the false complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the respondent police harassing the petitioners on the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, petitioners have been called for enquiry. At the time of enquiry, the petitioners sought time and filed this petition.

5.In view of the above submissions, the petitioners are directed to appear for enquiry before the respondent police on 07.02.2025 without

fail and co-operate with the investigation. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and ensure the presence of the petitioners and the 3rd respondent.
