O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathnadu, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2017.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the trial has been commenced and for examination of the prosecution witnesses, the matter is posted on 11.06.2019.

3. Considering the fact that already the trial has been commenced, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathnadu is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2017 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
