O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.04.2019.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 10.06.2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner.
