This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 15.07.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.11882 of 2021.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 made a submission that the third respondent has given a written instructions dated 06.04.2022 stating that the amounts due to the petitioners will be settled on or before 31.05.2022.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the above undertaking is not honoured, , the petitioners are at liberty to restore this contempt petition by filing appropriate petition.
