Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent. Her grievance is that till date, it is kept pending. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent will, of course, issue written summons to the counter petitioners and adhere to the directions earlier given in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos. 11768 and 11769 of 2020 on 16.10.2020. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
