O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already investigation in Crime No.27 of 2019 was over and final report was also filed on 08.02.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, but, so far, the same was not taken on file.
3. Considering the fact that already the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2019 was over and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
