To set aside the impugned award passed in MCOP No.123 of 2017 on the file of the MACT(Subordinate Court), Ramanathapuram dated 07.03.2019.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.This petition is filed to condone the delay of 160 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.53458 of 2019.

3.The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are satisfactory, hence, this petition is allowed and, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 27.02.2020, failing which this petition stands dismissed without any further orders from this Court.
