ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents-1 & 2 not to harass the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-1 & 2, on instructions submitted that already an another case has been registered in Chennai on the similar allegation against the petitioners and enquiry is pending there. In the above circumstances, the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein has been closed on 22.05.2019 and a copy of closure report has also been produced .

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into the fact that the complaint has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
