ORDER
The present writ miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking amendment of the cause title in the writ petition.
2. It is noted that in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, six respondents have been shown. However, in the writ petition, only four respondents, who are not connected to the case of the petitioner have been shown and based upon the same, the order in the writ petition had also been passed.
3. In view of the apparent error made by the petitioner, which is also
reflected in the records, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the same and also on verification of the records, this Court is of the view that there is no impediment in ordering the amendment as sought for.
5. In fine, W.M.P.(MD).No.1803 of 2026 in W.P.(MD).No.34058 of 2025 stands allowed. No costs.
