Respondents PRAYER : This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 1st respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and conducting "katta panchayat" on the alleged complaint given by the 2nd respondent, which is purely a contractual issue and therefore the 1st respondent police should direct the 2nd respondent to work out their remedy before appropriate forum.
