Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that, based on a complaint given by the respondents-5 & 6 the petitioners were called for enquiry and after the enquiry the complaint has been closed, by the respondents-2 to 4.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
