This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2010, on the file of the first respondent.

2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations and averments as against the petitioners herein. Therefore, the First Information Report cannot be quashed on its threshold. It has to be investigated in depth. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2010, on the file of the first respondent.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
