The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent before the concerned civil Court and now, the second respondent is interfering with the petitioner's right.
3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner and the second respondent also did not conduct any enquiry.
