Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate(Crl. Side)for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20132 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Theni District and report before the Allinagaram Police Station, Allinagaram, Theni District daily at 10.30 am for a period of 30 days and thereafter, he shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the

respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders.
