The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 08.12.2025 preferred as against the order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in No.AODSS8F5/2025/TCP dated 26.11.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner had made an application to the third respondent seeking conversion of agricultural land into residential use. The said request was rejected by the third respondent on 26.11.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 08.12.2025, which is pending. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 08.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
