Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner seeks issuance of non-traceable certificate. The petitioner had only sent a petition through post. 3.As rightly submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), it is possible that the original document could have been mortgaged and thereafter, the non-traceable certificate can be sought before the local police.
4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent in person and make a request in writing. The second respondent will consider the petitioner's request and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
