as per the Application of the petitioner, dated 09.01.2024, in TN240109T5394425.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's Application for issuance of Permit for new Auto Rickshaw has been considered and rejected on 07.02.2024 by the respondent in his proceedings bearing reference in R.No.1608/C2/2024.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the above said order dated 07.02.2024 passed by the respondent in his proceedings bearing reference in R.No. 1608/C2/2024, in accordance with law.
