RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl. OP(MD) NO. 16858 of 2016 dated 03.10.2016 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Court concerned twice in a month i.e., on the first and last working of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and also as and when required.
