ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb at the time of set up the fencing in his properties, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2021.

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 21.01.202 as against the third respondent, is pending with the file of the second respondent police. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the second respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
