Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.513 of 2021 dated 26.12.2021 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.513 of 2021 registered on the file of Thiruvattar Police Station. The petitioner has certain misgivings and hence seeks transfer of investigation. In order to allay the same, the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation and ensure that the final report is filed within a period of four months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2327 of 2022 receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent shall personally vet the final report before the same is filed before the jurisdictional Court. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
