Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents 1 & 2 to pay the entire amount due to my father mentioned in the petition dated 21.04.2017 along with the calculation sheet annexed with further interest at rate of 12% p.a till the date of disbursement.

ORDER

This Court in W.P(MD)No.19181 of 2017 by order dated 12.04.2019 directed the 2nd respondent to pay the amount as claimed by the petitioner.

Cont.P(MD)No.318 of 2020 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2886/2009/A3, dated 22.10.2019 and submitted that as directed by this Court, the amount has been paid towards the bank account of the petitioner.

3.Recording the above communication and the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
