The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificate to the Writ Petitioner based upon the application of the petitioner dated 23.01.2026, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender vide Tender Notice No. 40/2025-2026/HDO, dated 19.01.2026 issued by the first respondent.
2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4
4. The petitioner is directed to make site inspection on 02.02.2026 and produce the documents relating to the plant and machineries before the concerned authority on the same date. After site verification and on verification of the documents relating to plant and machineries, the authorities are directed to issue Site Inspection Certificate on or before 03.02.2026.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
