This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to hear the appeal pending on the file of the first respondent in Appeal No.022337/2019 presented on 20.08.2019 and to pass orders on merits in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the interested parties concerned within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2507 of 2020 petitioner's appeal pending before the first respondent, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: 4.The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal / revision petition on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested persons, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
