ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to expedite the pending trial in C.C.No.1741 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1741 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the trial Court should examine the defacto complainant forthwith and the crossexamination should be also concluded immediately.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
