ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to remove his name from the history sheet. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 25.01.2021 has not been considered till date. 2.In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order by following the guidelines issued in W.P(MD).No.21040 of 2018 batch on 03.07.2020. 3.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
