ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaints of the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry the third respondent has given a statement that since the petitioner filed the present petition, he will take necessary action through Court of law and no further action is required on his complaint and based on the same, the enquiry was ordered to be closed, since it is a money dispute. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
