ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A6, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.747 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused after consuming alcohol for Rs.2,000/- failed to pay the amount and developed quarrel with the de-facto complainant and damaged chair worth about Rs.450/-.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- each to the credit of Crime No.747 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7.
