No. 59 of 2020 within a stipulated period and pass such further or other suitable orders as this Honourable Court ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 04.02.2022, and directed the Court below to dispose the of the Case in M.C No.59 of 2020, with in a period of three Months, and the requisition letter dated 03.08.2022 in D.No.1189 of 2022, submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order: The case is listed today under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, has sent a letter to the Registry requesting extension of further time to dispose of the case in M.C.No.59 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.02.2022.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that MC's of the year 2020 and for the cross-examination of the petitioner, the matter has been repeatedly adjourned for about 6 hearings. However, the learned Judge in his letter has stated that he has taken charge recently and has also undertaken to complete the enquiry process within 3 months.

4.In view of the aforesaid undertaking that has been made by the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, now two months time is granted to comply with the direction of this Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
