ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 28.01.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b), 323, 307 of IPC in Crime No. 222 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and his wife were worked in the factory of A1 and since they left from factory, the first petitioner along with others assaulted the defacto complainant and attempted to murder him. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 18 cases pending against the petitioner. Hence he objected for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
