ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.632 of 2014, dated 20.10.2014 on the file of the respondent under Sections 420 and 506(i) I.P.C.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No.632 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) I.P.C., and closed the same and the Referred Charge-sheet notice filed on 26.02.2017 was also closed as a mistake of fact before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate. However, the copy of the Referred Charge-sheet notice was sent by RPAD to the petitioner only on 10.02.2022.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2976 of 2022 Petition is closed. On receipt of the said RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
