ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents-2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-2 & 3, on instructions submitted that, on a complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, against the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has issued a summon to the petitioner appearing for enquiry. But, the petitioner has deliberately not appeared the enquiry before the 3rd respondent police and filed the present Criminal Original Petition before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is only a complaint given by the 4th respondent against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent for enquiry, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry and co-operate with the police for the enquiry. The 3rd respondent also further directs not to harass the petitioner in the guise of conducting enquiry.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
