ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C., and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, enquiry in C.S.R.No.286 of 2015 was conducted and subsequently, it was closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
