ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein to investigate the matter in accordance with law in CSR No.522 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirumayam Police Station, Pudukottai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has issued CSR No.522 of 2021 and after conducting detailed enquiry it was closed on 29.11.2021 and the closure report was also forwarded to the District Social Welfare Officer, Pudukottai.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
