ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of petition enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in CSR No.78 of 2021 on 06.02.2021 and that after conducting enquiry, the said petition was closed, directing both the parties to appear before the competent Court to resolve their dispute.
