Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that at the time of routine vehicle check up, the petitoner escaped from the spot and apprehending that some consequences may follow, this petition has been filed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) also clarified that there is no complaint against the petitioner and there is no question of enquiring him.
