Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.48 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the matter has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3. The Mediation Centre has sent a report dated 27.01.2015 stating that the matter has been amicably settled.

4. Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate No.I, Madurai and on executing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the

learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
