O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to file the final report in Crime No. 101 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
2. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint for the offences under Section 448, 506(ii) of I.P.C. On 27.03.2019, based on the above said complaint, a case has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
registered by the respondent police in Crime No.101 of 2019. Eventhough, the case was registered in the month of March 2019, so far investigation has not yet been completed.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions submitted that the respondent police has commenced their investigation and they will complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of 3-Months, before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of 3-Months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
