This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.300 of 2015 from the file of the fourth respondent police to any other competent police.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
