Side) COMMON ORDER When these matters are taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are involved in several cases. The learned Judicial Magistrates concerned granted bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the Police Stations concerned. Therefore, they could not appear before the every police station. Hence, they have filed these petitions for modification of the conditions laid by the learned Magistrates to that of appearing before the Police Station, so as to enable the petitioners to comply with the conditions.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that instead of appearing before the different police stations, the petitioners may be directed to appear before the Devakottai Taluk Police Station, Sivagangai District.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Devakottai Taluk Police Station, Sivagangai District, daily at 10.30.a.m, and 05.00.pm, until further orders. 4.These Criminal Original Petitions are ordered accordingly.
