ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The case of the writ petitioner is that the petition mentioned water body was encroached upon by a local religious body and that the revenue record was also wrongly mutated. It appears that the jurisdictional Tahsildar / fourth respondent herein had also found merit in the aforesaid submission and recommended restoration of the original position in the revenue record. Even though the proposal was submitted way back in the year 2019 and reiterated in the year 2024, the first respondent has not yet passed any order till date. That led to the filing of this writ petition.
2/4
3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that the first respondent would pass appropriate orders on the recommendation made by the fourth respondent within a period of 8 weeks. Copy of the same shall also be communicated to the writ petitioner herein. 4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
